Unwanted habits
develop over time through persistant repeated
behaviour. Hypnosis works directly with
the unconscious mind to establish new
ways of behaving which are more appropriate
for the person.
There are many habits, of which i have
only listed a few. Breaking habits generally
responds very well to hypnotherapy.
The most important factor in achieving
the desired result, is that the client
genuinely wants to break the habit.
STOP
SMOKING EASILY
Hypnosis is the perfect aid to stop smoking because it works to break the habit by disengaging the 'triggers' that actually make you feel the compulsion to smoke. Another benefit is that it can naturally lower tension levels which tend to rise when other less complete methods are used. One of the major advantages is that hypnosis helps to circumvent some of the more commonly accepted side effects, such as weight gain and irritability.
The treatment focuses on the positive benefits you will experience as a non-smoker.
My approach to smoking is rapid and effective. It is done in one session, that will last approximately 2 hours and costs £200.
NAIL
BITING
Nail biting is a habit often formed in childhood. For some it can become so severe that it can cause pain and bleeding.
Hypnotherapy succesfully helps to end the habit and allows the client to grow nails that they can be proud of. It is usually treatable in one session, but everyone responds differently to hypnosis, and in some cases a second session may be needed.
The whole process is completely painless and effortless, and wonderfully relaxing.
